Terms and Policies: Delivery Terms Maintenance Terms Privacy Policy

炬开发 is a one-person foreign trade independent site studio: I left a big tech company to go solo, have 8 years of SEO experience, and apply my AI Agent development skills to clients' sites.

Why I Left a Big Tech Company to Go Solo

In a big tech company, a job gets cut into many pieces, with each person handling a small part. Standards are high and processes are thorough, but it's difficult for one person to see a project through from beginning to end, and equally difficult to decide whether it's worth doing.

After going independent, the delivery model changes: the person who talks with you about requirements is the one doing the work. You don't have to repeat yourself to sales, then to a project manager, and finally to the person actually doing the job—the retelling overhead you skip is often the most expensive cost in a project.

The cost structure is also different: no office rent, no middle layers. The same work can be quoted more realistically, or the budget can be spent on content and indexing.

What 8 Years of SEO Actually Means

After 8 years in this industry, I've basically stepped in every pitfall there is. When applied to a site, it comes down to these specific things:

        • Design the structure first: how to divide sections, how to set URLs, how internal links flow. If these three are set wrong, no amount of content written later can make up for it.
        • Get the indexing pipeline working: segmented sitemaps, structured data, multilingual cross-linking, active submission (Baidu, Bing, IndexNow), so search engines can find and understand the site.
        • Look at logs, not feelings: crawl logs show what search engines are crawling and where they get stuck. Most website building services don't do this step.
        • Organize content by real demand: not padding the count, but making every article target a term people actually search for.
        • Domain selection: The domain is the foundation of all SEO. If chosen poorly, everything is wasted. The domain's history must be verified from multiple sources.
        • Keyword analysis: Analyze keyword competition and how to allocate keywords across the homepage, category pages, and inner pages, to avoid a small horse pulling a big cart (can't move it) or a big horse pulling a small cart (wasting authority).
        • Pre-launch inspection: Carefully check every tag. Once live, it's hard to change. Any needed changes will be confirmed with the client after repeated communication, and only then go live.

Search engine rules have changed many times over these 8 years. What remains isn't some trick, but the experience to judge 'will this change get penalized, is it worth doing'.

Agent Engineer: Why This Site Is Different

For most website building services, the finish line is 'the site is live'. But the truly hard part for a foreign trade site is after launch—no one writes content, no one translates, no one updates, and half a year later it becomes a dead site.

I write AI Agents myself, so I can turn content production into a real assembly line, rather than 'occasionally using AI to write an article':

        • Article generation: Pull keywords from the keyword library, produce content according to a set rhythm and category, and automatically read the sitemap for internal link layout.
        • Multilingual translation: Only re-translate when the source draft changes (with content fingerprint detection), so costs aren't burned repeatedly; languages are not preset—whichever is enabled in the backend is available.
        • Automatic image matching: Image matching is an independent executor; queuing, retries, and failure recovery are fully automated.
        • Full visibility in the backend: What was generated, how much was spent, success or failure—all recorded and checkable.

This site itself is a live proof of this system: every article, every image, and every language translation on this site is produced by it.

Company Information

This site is operated by 玉林市玉州区巨凯发网络科技, located in Yulin, Guangxi.

Writing out the entity is because this itself is part of trust: real-name registration, verifiable, and someone you can find. Domain authorization, invoices, and after-sales service are all based on this entity.

What I Do, What I Don't Do

What I do: multilingual foreign trade independent sites (corporate site / e-commerce site / site network), content planning and continuous production, indexing and SEO foundation building.

In the following situations, I'll say directly that I can't do it, or that it's not suitable:

        • Budget only enough for a template site: A template site costing tens to hundreds of yuan can't solve 'being found'; the money is spent but the problem remains.
        • Just want to park a URL: If you don't plan to continuously produce content, an independent site will struggle to grow traffic on its own.
        • Want ranking guarantees: Anyone promising 'guaranteed first page' or 'guaranteed traffic' is not in line with how search engines actually work.

How We Work Together

        • Reply within 1 business day: First confirm basic requirements, judge whether it can be done and whether it's worth doing.
        • Discuss requirements: Target market, product lines, existing materials—turn vague ideas into a clear scope.
        • Proposal and quote: Provide site structure suggestions and a detailed quote—clearly write where the money goes.
        • Payment in three stages: 40% on signing, 40% after prototype and structure confirmation, 20% before launch after local version acceptance. The milestones correspond to results you can already see; see Delivery Terms for details.
        • Design, development, and launch: Start work after prototype confirmation, with visible stages; on launch, deliver backend usage instructions, including one remote training session.
        • Ongoing maintenance (optional): If you don't have the energy to manage it yourself, you can outsource to me for monthly data analysis and content updates.

Before communicating, you can prepare these items; the clearer they are, the more practical the proposal will be: target market countries, product lines and categories, existing website or store, desired languages, brand assets (LOGO and product images), expected launch time.

FAQ

How do I submit a request?

There is a contact entry at the bottom right of the page, or you can directly use the email or QQ in the footer. Just write the basic information and requirements clearly; no need to be very formal.

How much does a foreign trade website cost?

It's evaluated based on the actual project, depending on the number of pages, language versions, feature complexity, and content volume. A detailed quote will be given after communication; no inflated prices, and no mid-project price increases.

Do you support multilingual websites?

Yes, there is no upper limit on the number of languages—whichever language is enabled in the backend is automatically available. The more languages, the greater the translation and testing workload, which will be reflected in the quote.

Why is it a one-person operation? Isn't that unreliable?

Fewer people means no retelling overhead and more realistic pricing; it also means limited scheduling—only a limited number of projects can be taken at the same time. To really judge reliability, just look at two things: whether the entity is registered under a real name, and whether this site itself continuously produces content—the latter is direct evidence of whether this system can run.
