These terms explain the scope, response standards, and boundaries of responsibility for the operations and maintenance services provided by 炬开发 (玉林市玉州区巨凯发网络技术工作室, hereinafter “we”) after your site goes live. Operations and maintenance is optional: you can manage it yourself, or you can outsource this part to us.

1. What Operations and Maintenance Includes

  • Site availability maintenance: updates to programs and dependencies, necessary security patches, troubleshooting, and recovery.
  • Continuous content updates: producing articles, translating into multiple languages, generating accompanying images, and publishing them through the AI content pipeline at the agreed cadence.
  • Indexing and data follow-up: maintaining sitemaps and structured data, following up on submissions in search engine webmaster platforms, and periodic reviews of crawl and traffic data.
  • Monthly reports: one site data report per month, covering indexing status, traffic and sources, content output volume, issues found, and recommendations.
  • Routine Q&A: answering questions about using the admin area through the agreed channel.

2. What Operations and Maintenance Does Not Include

  • No custom development: changing features, altering layouts, or adding modules is development work and requires separate assessment and quotation.
  • No marketing services beyond content planning: paid ad campaigns, social media management, off-site promotion, etc. are outside the scope of operations and maintenance.
  • No third-party service fees: servers, domains, AI model calls, SMS and email, payment processing fees, etc. are borne by you.
  • No ranking guarantees: the goal of operations and maintenance is to keep the site continuously indexed and read, not to guarantee rankings for any particular keyword.

3. How AI Resources (Balance) Are Consumed

The site’s AI capabilities (article generation, multilingual translation, image generation) deduct from your balance based on actual consumption:

  • The unit price is based on the real-time display on the task page each time; no prepaid conversion is applied.
  • Failed generations are automatically refunded; you are not charged for failures.
  • The balance is valid for the long term and has no expiration date.
  • The balance is a virtual product, and consumed amounts are non-refundable; if you need to handle unused balance, please discuss it with customer service.

It is important to distinguish: operations and maintenance service fees and AI balance are two separate charges—the former is a service fee, and the latter is consumption of the site’s AI capabilities.

4. Service Hours and Response

  • Service hours: regular response hours on business days (excluding statutory holidays); the specific hours are subject to the contract.
  • Response time: general issues are responded to within 1 business day; severe failures such as site inaccessibility are prioritized.
  • This operations and maintenance service is provided on a best-effort basis and does not constitute a 7×24 uninterrupted SLA commitment; higher levels of assurance can be agreed separately.

5. Data Backup and Ownership

  • The data belongs to you: content, products, orders, and customer inquiries are all in your database and can be fully exported at any time.
  • Backups: we will back up at the agreed frequency and retain several copies, and you can also export your own copy for archival purposes. We recommend that you regularly export a copy yourself—neither party should be the sole copy of the data.
  • Customer data (inquiries, orders) is your business asset, and we will not use it for purposes outside this project.

6. What We Need from You

  • Keep admin accounts and server access credentials secure; losses caused by lending or leaking accounts are your responsibility.
  • Ensure that the content you publish is lawful and compliant and that you hold the required qualifications (industry licenses, advertising wording, etc.).
  • Complete the ICP filing and public security internet filing as required by the local jurisdiction, and ensure that the filing entity is genuine.
  • Report issues promptly and cooperate with us to reproduce and diagnose them.

7. Fees and Renewal

Operations and maintenance is billed according to the period agreed in the contract (commonly annually), and the services are itemized in the quotation. We will remind you before expiration; if you do not renew, the operations and maintenance service will stop after expiration, but the site itself still belongs to you and remains available.

8. Service Suspension and Termination

  • Either party may terminate operations and maintenance with prior written notice; fees for service periods already incurred are non-refundable.
  • If you fail to pay operations and maintenance fees on time, we may suspend services with prior notice.
  • If service interruption is caused by content you provide that violates laws or regulations, you are responsible.
  • After termination, we will assist you with data export and the handover of administrative permissions.

9. Updates to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the business changes, and the update date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For signed projects, the version in effect at the time of signing applies.
