Generic writing skills are available to anyone, so what they produce sounds like anyone's. This service is not a skill pack: it is your industry, your products and your way of talking to customers, turned into writing skills that belong to you alone.
Most of the work is therefore not prompt writing. It is conversation.
Why the sessions come first
Within one industry, the difference between two companies' content is rarely the prose. It is three things: which specifications matter, how the process and materials work, and how customers actually ask. Only your people can explain those, and no template can substitute for them. So we start by talking:
- Session 1 · Industry and customers: who buys from you, what they care about before ordering, what competitors say, and what you would rather not say.
- Session 2 · Products and terminology: we walk your catalogue, specifications and FAQs, confirming Chinese-English terminology and the wording you use externally.
- Session 3 · Sample calibration: the skill produces samples; you and your sales colleagues mark the sentences that do not sound like you, and we adjust the prompts accordingly.
Each session ends with minutes and a list of confirmed decisions, so nothing rests on "I thought we agreed".
What goes into a skill
- Industry corpus: catalogue, specifications, FAQs, existing copy, plus the know-how you share in the sessions.
- Terminology and voice: bilingual term pairs, expressions that are easily mistranslated, and the fixed wording you use internally and externally.
- Scenario split: 3-6 skills by content purpose (product explainer / use case / selection comparison / certification and compliance / industry news).
- Writing rules: length, structure, tone, which figures to include, and what must never be said.
Delivery and acceptance
- Skill definitions, prompts, the glossary and the keyword library are delivered as files — not tied to our platform, so you can keep using them with another provider.
- Skills are bound in your admin and batch production is configured, ready to invoke.
- Each skill starts with two sample articles; batch runs begin after your sign-off.
- 30 days of tuning against real output after handover, at no extra charge.
- One remote session: how to invoke skills, adjust prompts and review output.
- You own the terminology: we draft it, you confirm it — only you can judge whether an industry term is right.
- Accuracy is not outsourced: AI provides throughput and first drafts; facts, specifications and compliance wording need your review. We do not warrant factual or regulatory accuracy.
- Your involvement is required: the 2-3 sessions need your business or product owner. Thin materials and skipped sessions leave nothing but an empty shell.
