Launching a website is just the beginning. What truly causes a site to fail isn't usually a technical glitch, but neglect: expired certificates, content left stale for months, slowing speeds, and unnoticed drops in search indexing.
What does maintenance actually involve?
Two things: keeping it alive (servers, certificates, backups, security patches, and uptime monitoring) and keeping it updated (updating content as agreed, checking indexing status, and fixing broken links). Monthly reports provide a clear account of both, so you never have to chase us for updates.
How this differs from managing it yourself
The backend is for you to use—you can edit text, swap images, and post products whenever you like without needing to submit a ticket for minor tweaks. Managed maintenance handles the tasks you don't want to touch or might easily forget—environments, security, backups, monitoring, log analysis, and indexing checks. The two approaches don't conflict; they work together perfectly.
What's not included
Maintenance does not equal business growth: adding new languages, developing new functional modules, keyword strategy, and large-scale content production are not covered. If you want to continuously drive search traffic to your site, check out our Annual SEO Management.
